Great, the facility is clean and comfortable, the technician explain everything to me and was very professional.
My husband had to go in for his sleep study and said they made him very at ease with everything. Ryan was very knowledgeable and his bedside manner was above and beyond excellence. They never came in at all once he was hooked up, they let him sleep. Even brought him coffee in the morning.
Study was fine. We got a letter saying our insurance had approved the study, no indication that it would cost us out of pocket or how much that would be. Nothing upfront about the cost, just insurance approved. To me that means insurance has seemed this necessary and it’s covered. 1 month later we got a bill for $2500.
During my sleep study, I had to request bathroom assistance multiple times throughout the night. Despite asking for help, the nurse never came to assist me, leaving me stuck, uncomfortable, and forced to stay awake. I documented this issue in my review afterward, but unfortunately, nothing was done to address it. The lack of professionalism and basic care was shocking. Everything was pretty well spelled out for me, though I had to make some assumptions. The wire connections were a bit of a challenge to getting to sleep, but I managed it after a while. I wish I had remembered that water cups were outside the entry door, because I had to take meds before going to sleep. I could not locate any so I had to slurp water from my hands. Otherwise I was comfortable as I could be.
