Tech completely messed up my husband’s sleep study by never turning up the pressure and we were told it needed completely redone and they wouldn’t bill the 1st one. Got a bill for it and they said they would submit back to our insurance to correct their mistake. They never did then said they just wouldn’t bill the 2nd one. Just got the EOB from our insurance and they billed 2 sleep studies exactly the same.
My tech, Tim, did an excellent job and guided me toward a different style of mask to solve an important issue.
Comfortable room and bed. Great friendly staff support and efficient check in.
