I had my first appointment with Austin Schmidt, PA. He was excellent! He was so knowledgeable and willing to spend time to explain everything to me. I felt quite desperate about my sleep issues. Now I have hope! Thank goodness!! I also appreciated that I didn't have to wait very long for my appointment. I was in and out and able to get back to my day. Highly recommend this clinic and provider.
I’m still in the parking lot after my appointment with Ly and couldn’t wait to write this review— that’s how great things were. She took time to listen, didn’t care that I kept adding relevant information, didn’t make me feel rushed, and genuinely seemed invested in my care. She was gentle, patient, and attentive. Tech completely messed up my husband’s sleep study by never turning up the pressure and we were told it needed completely redone and they wouldn’t bill the 1st one. Got a bill for it and they said they would submit back to our insurance to correct their mistake. They never did then said they just wouldn’t bill the 2nd one. Just got the EOB from our insurance and they billed 2 sleep studies exactly the same.
My tech, Tim, did an excellent job and guided me toward a different style of mask to solve an important issue.
