Tim was the technician thay helped me out, and he was very polite, helpful and professional. He explained everything to me very well and answered all my questions. The room was very homey and comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean. It was as pleasant of an experience as it could be.
This is my second time getting a study done the first time wasn’t so great. The tech I had was amazing. She honestly made me feel calm and comfortable. Was a peach when I had to use the bathroom a few times. I wish thou they’d go wireless so you can come and go as you please. Especially to use the bathroom and such. And I wish the lights would be turned off in the hallways so it’s not blaring in your eyes at 3am. It was easy to fall asleep but sometimes hard to fall back to sleep.
