Appointment scheduling was fast and efficient. Nurses and doctors listened carefully to my concerns. At home sleep monitor, and later, CPAP machine, was explained clearly. Very satisfied with my experience. I am finally getting a good nights sleep!
If I could rate DSM Sleep 10 stars I would. I was waiting over 30 days for the previous medical equipment store to call me for an appointment for a new machine. (Which they never called me. And when I contacted them they gave me an attitude) I contacted DSM Sleep and within 24 hours I had a new cpap machine. The ladies there are awesome and willing to help me. They answered all my questions and listened to my concerns. I highly recommend them. Thankyou for helping me.
