We experienced a plumbing issue on the Thursday night before Good Friday which led to having no hot water and also no heat. We reached out to a few companies, most of which were not available because it was a holiday. Darryl of DSM plumbing came out quickly and had our issue fixed in no time. His pricing was fair and he didn’t charge us extra due to the holiday. We appreciated his quick, expert service, we have hot water and heat again, which is amazing as we are hosting Easter! Would highly recommend!
We had a backup from our basement floor drain that I couldn't clear myself. I called for a quote in the evening and they were willing to head over and do the job if needed on the spot. We made arrangements for a 9:30am time slot the following morning and they showed up on time. The job was completed within 45 minutes 🙌. Couldn't be happier with the service. Thanks guys!
I had DSM come out to replace my main water valve, they did a great job and we're very easy to deal with, highly recommend.
