I've been a member for 5 years and my only regret is not joining sooner. I've never been part of a better gym community! The coaching has always supported my goals and was even adapted through various injuries! Ty is top notch and creates the best programming for athletes at all levels of their fitness journey!
I can’t say enough good things about DSM Performance and Owner/Coach Ty Lloyd. Ty genuinely cares about doing things the right way. I could say 100 positive things about DSM Performance and it still wouldn't be enough to justify how great this place is. I walked in this place out of shape with very little weightlifting and fitness experience. Within months I was in the best shape of my life. We love this place. It is challenging and confidence building at the same time. Everyone wants everyone to get better. The community is amazing. We look forward to it everyday. My whole family has benefited from DSM Performance. Also, best coaching around.
