I have a repair that is unresolved. Technician replaced a part in my refrigerator that was not faulty (~$400). The part that is will cost another $400. I’ve called office manager a number of times but she refuses to call back and work the issue. This is not good customer sat and I would not recommend this company to anyone at this time. If I knew the owner I would ask them to intervene.
