Do not use DSLD as they are unresponsive and provide horrible customer service. I bought my home 3 years ago and they have yet to repair the damage to the driveway which continues to get worse over time. I've reached out to the builder rep, Houston, multiple times in the past 6 months, also called the main office, and still nothing has been done. I'm an investor and I will never buy a DSLD home again.
I love this neighborhood. Perfect location and varieties of floorplans but the people really make it one of the best places to live in sbc.
