I purchased a home from DSLD in April of 2025, and I have regrated it ever since! To start with several of my kitchen cabinet doors have warped, one has warped over ¾ inch. When you walk around you can feel the highs and lows on the cement foundation. They grade is so bad that when it rains several homes yards flood almost up to the houses. Several homes have had to have their driveways tore out and reinstalled, one house they had to do twice! Not happy with how their using our HOA funds at all, we have no ameneties & they haven't been able to explain where all the funds are going? We also had some things that needed fixed in the 1st year which never got done & we asked for it to be fixed multiple times. The drainage is horrible when it rains alot but they haven't done anything to fix that either, that has even been on the news! All the people in the neighborhood are great just bad management imo.
