Editing my rating in response to the company. I would absolutely reach out if it would do any good but time after time I have voiced my concerns with my home that DSLD built and the company does nothing but shift the blame to avoid responsibility. So what good is it to reach out if nothing will get done? I'm still in my 12 month warranty but at month 6, my complaints were ignored. I was simply told, "Well you didn't say anything until now so it's not our fault." Horrific customer service after closing. I would never recommen... read more
