Issues i experience after closing on the house: 1. They do everything they can, include signing the wrong promotions make you believe you would get the incentives. Then find out oh it is not the right promotion so you won't get that. 2. During the internet setup, absolutely no help from them even though it is the builder's fault not connect the wire properly. My husband hurt himself claiming in the attic and fix it. 3. The county falsely charge us the water that the builder used during the house building process, results in ... read more
