Cookie cutter, but I did like the model at the front of the neighborhood. I wish the option/ upgrade list was a lot longer. Especially in the bathrooms. I do like the fact that they have a pull down ladder for the attic and the house is made of brick instead of wood framed. I was was trying to give them a 3.5 but they don't have a half a point so I went ahead and gave them at 4, I would give them a 4 if they allowed for an upgrades in the bathrooms.
