I'd spoken with these guys before, the review is below. This time I wanted to visit in person maybe there had been a misunderstanding. I took my pump into them to bench test and diagnose they didn't know I was the guy below. The conversation was business like and friendly enough but Brent refused to diagnose the pump. The reason why was unacceptable so he got figuratively both barrels from me, well deserved. Having spoken to these guys on the phone several times I would not trust them. They immediately jump to worst case scenarios and thousands of dollars in the blink of an eye and dont try to be helpful, more like bullying and taking you for as much cash as possible. They come from the "throw the whole thing away and start again" drama queen mentality to line their pockets with .... and don't think about the small things nor do they ask you the questions or help do the research or even appear to have the knowledge to help diagn... read more
