So we live rurally and Telus refused to install our new system themselves; I was told to install it myself. I reached out to multiple companies for installation help. DSI was the only one who replied with any help. Offering up another company who was able to help us. Kevin did say he would see if the place he suggested were unable to help that he would step up to help. Customer service on this lever is unheard of these days.
I talked to a few alarm companies in Winnipeg for some help. Not one wanted to help me with my problem with my alarm. I then called DSI and talked to Mark with in 10 minutes he fixed the problem. Very good experience thanks again Mark.
Stacy and his team are quick to respond and offer solutions that simple do the job we count on to keep our assets secure.
Terrible service
I am not a DSI customer but we have an old unit in our house that started beeping incessantly. Mark patiently trouble shooted with me and walked me though the steps to disconnect the wires etc from the system in my basement. This included me emailing him photos of my old unit and basement set up. I really appreciated the time he took, given that I am not someone who ever purchased or was asking to purchase a DSI product. Highly recommended for customer service (even when you’re not a customer)!
