Setup was complacent, basically "whatever, I'll punch some things and you can figure the rest out." Then no response. It's been years. I am paying you so if someone could get back to me, that would be great.

DSI's tech rep attended to take over our alarm monitoring this morning. We found Stacy to be professional, knowledgeable and friendly. With home security, you want more than technical knowledge: thoroughness and attention-to-detail matter. Stacy checked the system's operation, re-programmed it, cleared error msgs, and ensured communication between the unit and the monitoring station was 10/10. Amazing customer service and I am not even a customer of theirs! After months and several attempts contacting my current alarm company it was suggested I reach out to DSI Security Systems. I just needed a backer plate for my alarm panel so I could mount it on the wall. My current provider insisted I had to have a service person come out for a fee of 125.00, with no guarantee they would have the part I needed. I am so glad I called Mark at DSI. I recently changed my home security system to DSI Security Systems. From the initial quote through to the installation, the process could not have been easier. Everyone I spoke to and dealt with from DSI were friendly, knowledgeable and very professional.
