Very professional but easy to deal with, personalized service. Technician Stacy took care of me from start to finish. From gathering my initial information to system install, to details with billing and making sure I understand how the system and the accompanying app work. I didn't have to wait on hold ever, he took care of everything. Would 100% recommend.

12 years ago DSI installed security systems on 2 of my properties. It was done quickly ,in a professional manner, for a fair price. For 12 years the systems are running without any problems whatsoever. Originally DSI was monitoring themselves but after a few years, monitoring was transferred to another company and until now I had no problems with systems and monitoring. Great company to work with. We have been with DSI / Securtek for close to 10 years. Stacy worked with us recently to upgrade our system.
