David gave the quote over the phone with no fuss, but asked to come look at the AC unit just in case. He came right on time (literally), was very friendly and polite. He inspected my broken AC compressor and coil and actually lowered his original quote. He suggested a few different options to relocate the AC compressor and gave the extra cost right on the spot so I could make a decision faster.
