Fast and professional
A big "THANK YOU" to Dave, Alex, and Colton for doing a professional installation of our new gas furnace. The Proformance team members were capable and courteous throughout the installation. They stayed late on a Friday evening to get the job done!
Our heat stopped working Christmas Eve at 4pm. This angel of a human not only answered his phone but proceeded to walk me through troubleshooting my heater. He was making candy bags to prep hosting Christmas Eve at his home! He stayed on the phone with me until I confirmed that my heater was again working. I could cry thinking of his genuine kindness again right now. THANK YOU! I cannot recommend him, his honesty, and his HVAC expertise enough.
