Everything about this company is dishonest. Their website advertises “transparent pricing” and “free estimates.” That’s a lie. They charged me $95 just to show up, then gave me an estimate four times higher than what was listed online. When I declined the service, they refused to refund the visit fee. I later found out the technician was not licensed and that several reviews on their site were fake. I did more research and realized this is their pattern: lure you in with fake pricing, then gouge you once they’re at your door... read more
The technician they sent was rude, untrained, and clearly didn’t care about doing the job right. He kept asking me for advice about what to do and even borrowed tools from my garage. When I told him I didn’t feel confident in his work, he got defensive and walked out. I called the office to complain and the receptionist was incredibly rude, cutting me off and saying, “We’ll send someone else if you pay another service fee.” Excuse me?
