Everything about this company is dishonest. Their website advertises “transparent pricing” and “free estimates.” That’s a lie. They charged me $95 just to show up, then gave me an estimate four times higher than what was listed online. When I declined the service, they refused to refund the visit fee. I later found out the technician was not licensed and that several reviews on their site were fake. The technician they sent was rude, untrained, and clearly didn’t care about doing the job right. He kept asking me for advice about what to do and even borrowed tools from my garage. They gave me a verbal quote of $199 for a simple repair. Once the tech arrived, he poked around for 10 minutes, then said the job was “more complicated” and jacked up the price to $780! This company is the most unprofessional service provider I’ve ever dealt with. I booked an appointment a week in advance. They confirmed it twice via phone and email. The day of the service, I waited for 5 hours—no technician showed, no call, no update. I hired them for an electrical issue, and what they did was not only wrong—it was dangerous. The technician left live wires exposed behind a wall panel, told me “it’s fine,” and left. Two days later, my breaker tripped, and I had to call in a licensed electrician. He was horrified. The work done by this company was completely out of code and could’ve caused a fire. When I tried to speak to a manager, they brushed me off. Absolutely reckless and negligent. Don’t risk your safety by hiring these people.
