Great experience with DSG Performance. They accurately diagnosed my VW Golf DSG issue as a mechatronic failure, explained everything clearly, and didn’t push unnecessary repairs. The car now drives smoothly with no gearbox errors. Pricing was fair for a specialist job and the warranty gave me peace of mind. Highly recommend.
Our experience here couldn’t have been better, the team here truly are good at what they do and took care of everything, we came in with a DSG issue with no luck from Volkswagen, DSG Performance were quick to book it in and it was fixed next day with the added benefit of also having our car cleaned which really adds to the experience, I would not go anywhere else for a specialist and will definitely be coming back and spreading the word. They are truly masters in their craft.
My VW Golf had a transmission fault and the mechatronic unit needed to be replaced. Allen and his team worked late and did a perfect job of fixing it within 24 hours so I got my car back in time for Christmas at a very reasonable price. Amazing service, thank you so much!

I just asked this guy on the phone for some ballpark figures to fix an issue. My question was " how much do you charge for fixing issue X" ? His answer was pay 250 first and then we speak. We don't give free advice ". What a terrible business. Updated review: I never asked for a free diagnosis, mate. If diagnosis is your major way of making money, that's just poor business management.
