⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Allan and the team at DSG Performance did a fantastic job repairing our DSG transmission. Their pricing was fair, and their knowledge is the best I’ve come across. They really helped me out of a tough situation — super friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly know their stuff. My car has never driven this well before, and for the first time in a long time, I’m actually enjoying being behind the wheel. I can confidently recommend DSG Performance to anyone needing expert transmission work.
If you have DSG issues stop reading reviews and take your car to Allen and the team at DSG performance! We wasted 1700 servicing our Q5 transmission when really it needed a rebuild instead. Don’t try with any other shops or stealerships take it straight to DSG. Fantastic service, fair pricing, just great experience all round.
I should have left this review 9 months ago. I had a DSG fault diagnosed at another DSG specialist (hydraulic system issue) and was told that I would need to get a replacement Mechatronic unit. I contacted Alan and his estimate was over $1,000 lower than the two other companies I contacted as he would only replace the hydraulic portion and give a full warranty. Allen and the team are a rare find of euro Dsg transmission experts that truly want to solve your issue. They went the extra mile and some the entire way through my work and were beyond patient with me and my Audi A1 dq200 fault. They replaced the accumulator with a reinforced unit, new mechatronics and TCM. Transmission work is never cheap or quick, however their pricing was incredibly fare and competitive. When I first brought my Volkswagen to Allen and his team, I had already been to three other mechanics (including a Volkswagen service center) who couldn’t fix the issue. Even VW themselves couldn’t diagnose the problem and tried to sell me a new gearbox with no guarantee it would work. I found Allen and DSG Performance, and now we don’t take our cars anywhere else.
