After receiving two fines for false alarm violations I contacted the company to make sure all the equipment was running as it should be. This alone seemed to bother the man that I spoke with. It was as if I was bothering him for even contacting him regarding the issue. After that it became next to impossible to get a hold of him. He started only responding to text messages.
