Wow, I love the visit. Everyone was very friendly and friendly.
FOLLOW GOOGLE. Waze has wrong location. Yes ID’s are at the visitor center. HELPFUL INFO: The address is 6090 Strathmore Road but it is located right before the gate entrance on the right hand side. Do not go through the DSCR North gate. Make your appointment online. My review: For 3 years I’ve had ID issues that couldn’t be resolved by old Ft Lee or phone calls. Made an appointment here. It was finally taken care of in 30 minutes. Got my new ID. Leroy was super nice and helpful.
I drove three hours for an appointment that was scheduled a week in advance for 6:30 AM. I arrived for my appointment at 6:20 AM, and went to enter the DEERS office at 6:30 AM. The doors were locked and the lights were off. I tried calling the main number to speak with someone, and after several attempts with no success, I called the DSCR help desk number.
