The absolute BEST!!! He’s extremely patient, aware, and sensitive to everyone’s individual needs; while not allowing you to give less than you’re able to give. He doesn’t let you slack and legit motivates you the entire time… I’m more than grateful to be apart of the squad and it’s literally THE FIRST time in my 38 years of living that I’ve stuck to a program. I have way more energy and although it’s hard work it’s well worth it, especially when I see the difference in how my clothes fit me.
