In my early experience with this plumbing company things went well, the owner was always very responsive and helpful. I've recently had a disheartening experience that has prompted me to reluctantly post this, but I feel it's important to put awareness out to our community in order to prevent these type of occurences happening to others. 3 years ago we had this company do $20,000 of plumbing upgrades for us, and like I said they were wonderful then and we promptly paid them directly as soon as the work was done.
