Used in the past and was satisfied. Called again to check out my stove and see when I plugged in the power igniter, a fuse would blow. Well Josh came out and did a diagnostic and thought the issue was in the appliance itself. I already knew that and though he would be able to offer something useful. No such expertise offered. I am disappointed especially since the diagnostic fee was fairly high for such a short time spent. I am not sure I will use again.
