It is with sadness that I write my experience as a tenant with DSB Realty. Throughout our tenancy we were met with resistence and displeasant, passive agressive emails of which were sent by the owner of the business. Or rent was paid in advance at all times, property inspections indicated nil needs and a full bond refunded on exit.
