Overpriced and unreliable. Doesn't answer calls or messages and when you do eventually corner him takes no responsiblity for his mistakes. Terrible experience all round, not even worth one star. Excellent, informative electrician carried out first-class work on contract during house extension. However, kitchen heat sensor (during installation of smoke alarms conforming to Scottish Law) the sensor fell from kitchen ceiling day after the system had been installed. Joe admitted it was his fault and would return to replace within a few days. He failed to return, even after texting him over several weeks. Disappointed regarding this situation from a respected, reputable company.
