My experience at that company was horrible. I witness racists jokes from a team leader. I complained about it and Steve the supervisor totally dismissed it. Told me he wasn't going to do anything about it, wouldn't look at my face while speaking totally disrespected me, so he gave me the impression that it's ok to make racists jokes and sexual innuendos.
