I worked for D’s trees for about 90 days this summer and fall. In November, I fell victim to a workplace injury while working alone at this company’s job site. This accident involved a chain saw, and I ended up having to get 12 stitches on my left leg as a result, costing me $2,800. David, the owner, assured me that he would cover everything to do with the accident and all costs associated because his insurance would not cover it.
