Charged me for "disposal of the lights fittings" but went into my own bin, did not do what was agreed, did not provide instructional information nor warranty of product until after emails to get this information from them and going to put me into the debt collectors for $93.50 when I disputed the price of the disposal charges as the disposal went into my own bin, I am very distressed about the whole process, everything paid up with them, very very sad
