I can't tell you if the food is good or not. Came to the restaurant at 3:30 pm on Saturday and they were closed. Sign says Thursday-Sunday 10:30 - 8:00pm. When we ever get to try this restaurant I will adjust my review.

Try the PIE!! They have a big selection and offer both a salad bar and buffet. But the Pie is made fresh daily, it's is just like Grandma's and you get the equivalent of 2 slices in one 😋 so much of that homemade goodness. Had another wonderful meal with the family! If you’re looking for REAL old-fashioned Oklahoma home cooking, you need to stop at D’s Specialty House in Stroud. This place is exactly what a hometown restaurant is supposed to be. The kind of place where you walk through the door and immediately get the feeling that somebody’s been cooking for a whole family instead of just filling orders in a kitchen. You know you're in for good food when you see all the working guys and their trucks parked outside a restaurant. Best fried chicken I've had in a long time. Excellent! Excellent friendly service. I'd give him six stars if I could
