I was looking for a specialty meat store and they came up.. the meats are wonderful, the spices quality and selection, but the owner is the bees knees. Very friendly. Clean shop. Some other treats in store apart from the jerky, pepperoni sticks, sausages and spice packs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Dennis and Steve have processed an Elk and a Deer for me, and each time they have done an amazing job. I have ordered multiple items with them and each item has been great in flavor and packaging. I highly recommend them for any of your processing needs.
I am a sucker when it comes to buying local products. I didn't care if it was going to be amazing I just want to support local businesses. With that said the sales person over heard my love for heat and convinced me to try their mango habanero. 10 out of 10. Lots of heat without losing out on flavor. Going to kimberly next week to get the Dill flavor 😍
