If 0 stars was an option I wish I could give it. This is a long review because I want people to be fully aware. I got the Botox promotion and even waited over the 2 weeks for the results to set in to give an honest review, but I still have a horrible taste in my mouth from my experience. I came in 20 minutes early because I knew check in process can be longer for new clients. I signed up for a promotion they had going on for Botox for $159 and somehow ended up paying more. If you’re running a special then you guys should be abiding by it. I felt very mislead and pressured and unfortunately I just did not have a good first time experience there.
HORRIBLE Experience! It hurt so bad because I didn't get numb with this expired topical from Colorado. Same business is/was located in Johnstown, CO. Did they skip town for malpractice?? The numbing topical they used on me was from 7/7/21!! I had filler done in November 2024. Lips were lumpy bumpy and uneven. Was [over]charged $900/syringe. Going rate is $600. Loved my experience here! Amber was amazing—super knowledgeable and really took the time to understand my skin and give me realistic advice. No pressure to buy anything, just honest, helpful guidance. The spa itself is gorgeous and so clean. Definitely coming back!
