If 0 stars was an option I wish I could give it. This is a long review because I want people to be fully aware. I got the Botox promotion and even waited over the 2 weeks for the results to set in to give an honest review, but I still have a horrible taste in my mouth from my experience. I came in 20 minutes early because I knew check in process can be longer for new clients. As someone who is frightened of needles, I was worried about my appointment at DS Skin & Lips last month. I went in for a cheek contouring procedure because I felt my face was losing form. Amber made me completely at ease. She did not rush me and answered all of my foolish inquiries. The results gave me a huge confidence boost!
From the moment you enter DS Skin & Lips, you are treated to a five-star experience. The environment in the Scottsdale office hits a perfect, unusual balance: it's spotlessly clean and professional, but it feels serene rather than frigid or clinical. My concern was relieved by the technician's extraordinarily soft touch and the pleasant greeting with an instant offer of drink!
I signed up for a promotion they had going on for Botox for $159 and somehow ended up paying more. If you’re running a special then you guys should be abiding by it. I felt very mislead and pressured and unfortunately I just did not have a good first time experience there.
My laser treatments were exceptional. I noticed a big difference after just a couple of sessions.
