Very responsive and reliable company. They do excellent troubleshooting on CCTV systems, overhead doors with fob access, and secured entry systems, and they’re quick to identify and resolve issues with minimal disruption. Working with DS Security for years now and they have been extremely helpful with a security system that provides little support. Mathieu was very friendly and was quick and efficient replacing a door contact for us!
Mathieu and Kevin are amazing! Kevin always responds to my work orders very quickly and very professionally. He is also very patient with any questions I have and always gives good advice and suggestions on how to improve security. Mathieu is also very professional when he comes on site and is always happy to explain the issue and let me know what the final repair will be. Both of them are super easy to work with and DS Security is a vendor I am very happy to work with.
