Terrible service! This security company is completely unreliable. Every time we had an issue, they never responded or took forever to take action. But when it comes to billing, they’re always on time! What’s the point of having security if they don’t show up when needed? Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

Terrible alarm system. Never functioning. They charge for services and they never fix the system to operate correctly. Expect payment. Lie and than cuss out their customers. No thank you.

I contacted Robert Abbruzzi at D&S Security in March of 2024 about video surveillance monitoring. He requested additional information, all of which was provided. I've reached out multiple times via phone and email. He responds sporadically requesting additional time and that he would get back to me. He mentioned that they were a smaller business, so I gave him as much time and opportunity as possible. Almost 6 months later, he as stopped responding to my emails and does not answer my phone calls and I do not have a proposal.... read more

This alarm company is by far the worst of all, a terrible service, customer service is useless, there are no managers. don't waste time or money. They broke into my office and I didn't sound the alarm, they don't hold me accountable.
