They ordered the wrong color for our cabinets in our bathroom. When we told them that it was wrong, one of the employees there said that it was too late to do anything about it. We adjusted the plan for our bathroom instead of making them remake them. We picked out a remnant for our bathroom sink with an employee, took a picture the day of, and then waited for them to finish it for almost three weeks longer than we were told they'd take. Had the misfortune of this company being used as a sub contractor by a local general contractor. U-N-R-E-L-I-A-B-L-E to say the least. Their tiler does beautiful work, but doesn't return to finish the job (not the tiler's fault, as it is D.S.'s scheduling). Forget them answering a text or phone call from either the home owner or the GC. I wouldn't recommend. They do not respond to emails or phone calls and just ignore you. Had some minor issues with flooring buckling after installation and they just dont care. It's unfortunate.
