Such great customer service! I had a last minute request as a new customer and needed a deep clean fast and D’s came through. Amazing work and very detailed. I am very picky with cleaners and critical, but they did a wonderful job. Good communication and the cleaners were very nice and friendly. I highly recommend their cleaning services and will be continuing to use them moving forward. Worth every penny!
We wanted to let you know how happy we were with the girls who came out last week. They were prompt, professional, happy and ready to work. We were very pleasantly surprised. They did a very good job in the time they were there. Looking forward to next Thursday too. It has been such a time reliever for Steph and I. Thank you!
I asked that crank out windows have tracks cleaned, and they were done immaculately! Could not have done as well myself.
D's Pristine Clean is unique in their business. They handle their work with you in the most professional manner - on time, out of your home on time, complete and efficient work. It is a convenience and service to have them but the way they leave your home, it really is a gift. Our home is clean, smells wonderful and looks like it took them hours and hours to complete when in effect they were in and out in a half to the third of the time it would take me to clean my home.
I honestly feel like our experience is an outlier and this company is pretty good. Everyone we dealt with was nice and the pricing was better than we expected. We got a discount for it being our first experience too. Communication was pretty sporadic, but we did get put on the schedule faster than expected. The two cleaners were 45 min early, which we like it better then late but we wished it was communicated just in case we weren’t home.
