Terrible Customer Service. I’ve never been greeted or acknowledged when I walk in. I’ve attempted to receive service from them 3 times because I live so close I wanted to make them my go-to spot. The last & final time I tried to receive service. I walked in, again no one acknowledged me, although everyone looked at me. We hate our nails. I been going to them about 4 years and this set are ugly. They are not shaped, uneven, bumpy, and ugly. I paid $120 plus tip they were super busy and when I ask Lee to fix something he gets really defensive. I came back the next day hoping Lee who did them would fix it. He look at the nails and saw how they look and said, “if I fix them I’m have to charge you because it’s not a minor issue.” I asked for the manager and she ask him to fix it he said “no” also asked someone else to fix it. Very rude! Customer service is horrible. They woman at the front desk has a very distasteful attitude and blatantly ignores customers concerns right in their face.
This was my second time coming to this nail salon, the staff is very rude especially the owner, besides the hostess girl in the front she is very sweet. Their nail work especially on French tip is very bad and I’ve attached pictures to prove it. They also charged me $10 just to file down my barely medium length nails to short nails, and not to mention the guy who did my French tip nails got nail polish all over my hand and didn’t want to wipe it off.
