Performed the work, but over charged. 2 hrs labor billed as 5 hrs. Does not support warranty process. He was supposed to contact my warranty dept to get pre-authorization. He did not. I was nice and paid him anyway. That was the last of his responses. Take your money and run... that's his practice. I battled for days with warranty only to receive $20 in coverage of an $800 bill. In summary, don't use DJ's and don't ever get an extended warranty!

More like a scam to. He was really fast to respond and set up an appointment and in a big rush to come and collect info. He wanted a 140 dollar service fee from my 73 year old mother. And haven't heard anything from him since then. What a joke
So today we had a disaster with our 40’ 5th wheel. A spring broke (turns out it was 2 springs). We were dead on side of a two lane road. We were trying to get a tow and contacting mobile repair services. Daniel was prompt to call us back, keep us posted, get parts and supplies and while it was a lengthy repair ( broken bolts, severed brake line) he did it! He was a real mess with all grease, worked diligently to replace all 4 springs and fix brake line in 86 degree weather. We highly recommend Daniel! We were a little nervou... read more
Daniel will steal money from you. I wrote him a check for RV service. Ten minutes after he left, he called and asked for cash because he couldn't cash the check at that moment. So I went to an ATM and got him his cash an hour later. Then 2 days later he cashed my check and NEVER GAVE MY MONEY BACK. DON'T TRUST HIM :( Minus 10 Stars Rating :(
