Had a great experience with them last month. Been looking to replace my mattress so I was shopping their website, saw a floor model with a great sale. When I went in a few days later it had already sold, so they offered me the same deal on a similar model. I ended up picking something else but I appreciated that. When I reached out, instead of offering a proper resolution, I was encouraged to pay extra for a different model — which has also begun showing defects sooner than expected.
