Hired this company to inspect HVAC systems in a home I entered into a contract to buy. The gas was shut off, so they could not fire the furnace, but they inspected everything else. There is a new furnace in a box in the basement by the existing furnace. They agreed to come back with no additional charge to review the function of the furnace once the gas was on.
