Horrible- arranged a site visit for Tuesday after the Thanksgiving weekend but then had a call from Dallas asking if he could come on Sunday evening instead. That baffled me but I agreed and cut my Thanksgiving dinner short to be home. He failed to show nor did he contact me; I called and texted but received no reply. Not happy
My AC quit, it was 32 degrees!!! One call, came within the hour and assessed. Back up and running before noon the next day!!!! Great service!!!!
Just bought a place in Verona and had DS install central AC and do some work on our furnace along with giving it an inspection. Father and son team, they managed to fit us in promptly (which was much appreciated), the quote was good and the guys were friendly and knowledgeable. I would absolutely use them again. Thanks kindly. :)
