Brad with Geotex is awesome! Full of information and a professional in his field. Highly recommend.
Read the glassdoor and indeed reviews for this place. Very incompetent leadership. Owner, husband, and above all the head of CMT. Bad pay, bad hours, poor communication. Bad benefits. Their Geotechnical department is very capable, thought. They have some real experts writing those reports. But that's about the only good thing here. Very high turnover, very outdated methodologies. As much as I hate to say this, but Terracon is better. Barf. As a consultant and as an employer.
