Rob has been working on various electrical fittings around my house for several years. He's always prompt, efficient, friendly and takes time to check I know what he's done and why. But, he went the extra mile this last time, by insisting on replacing a light he'd fitted with another, which he thought was a better solution, and by changing existing unsatisfactory supply cables to the fuse box he was replacing - all without charging me and on Good Friday in order to complete the job as soon as possible. Absolutely amazing customer service. I called Rob at 9 in the morning on a Sunday and he diagnosed and helped me fix the problem over the phone straight away. For any issues in the future, I will definitely be calling Rob. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely brilliant customer service! We needed to get the power back on early one morning and they returned our call and gave us some invaluable suggestions of things to check. Such helpful advice meant that we were able to identify the appliance tripping the electrics and resolve the situation. AAA+
