Poor follow up. Called several times to come and look at spot in carpet rug after he cleaned. Stated he would be there but never showed Now it's 2 weeks and he states it's no longer under "warranty"!! Wound not recommend !
They were horrible, They gave me an appointment for 1:00 pm and when no one showed up by 1:30 I decided to call. Who ever answered the phone said they were running behind and they would get here. They did not give a time as to when they would get here. When an hour and half passed I called several times and did not get an answer. There online ad says always on time. What a bunch of BS!!
I have a dog that urinated in two rooms of my home. Dennis was right on time and came in with a real reasonable price to remove the urine and clean the carpet. Thank you D's carpet cleaning. You have earned my business. CS LOCKPORT IL.
