Just an all round poor experience. Put my classic SL Mercedes in that was not starting due to an immobiliser issue. After 4 weeks of no communication, I received a call on Friday afternoon to ask to come and pick up the car as “we have tried everything you can think of” and to pick it up urgently as there’s no space in the car park.
