Darryl is always very responsive, prompt, and very nice. Highly recommend if you need any appliance repairs.
I have no complaints other than not being clear on who military discount applies too. I spoke to Mr.Darryl on at least 3 different occasions and mentioned services being for our renters. Upon payment he stated that the military discount only applies for repairs for individuals who live in the home and are getting repairs. So, I would suggest a more clear and concise explanation of your MD policy.
Came out at the appointed time and done the job quick.
Had appointment never showed up
Easy to set up an appointment, and was able to diagnose and repair my fridge at a cheaper price compared to everyone else. Punctual and easy to talk with. Would definitely recommend.
