I was assaulted (charged at in a aggressive manner that caused me to fear for my safety) because I didn't want to pay for my jacket that had the same stains and lent in it that I dropped it off with the day before. A false police report was filed against me for simple assault because I defended myself after he charged at me. Little do he know what he did to me was ASSAULT.
Use to love. Now lazy same price not same day service. People won't get off phone to do there job. Been coming here for 9 years and that stops today. Oh and pickup 4 pm twice now had to come next day as not ready. So paying for 3 day service. Pathetic
