These people are either high, drunk, or both! I had to call law enforcement to have them come out and review my dash cam where one of their drivers or possibly even the owner ran several cars out of the way while they were literally tearing through the Menards parking lot driving the wrong way at a very high speed in one of their trucks! These guys were great to work with! Looked at multiple companies to use after insurance approved a roof replacement. The other companies all seemed to take the pushy car-salesman approach. Not DryTime, very professional and timely on everything without forcing me into immediately signing a contract the first time I interact with them. David even let my son fly the drone when he came back to get pictures. Awesome crew and they took care of every need we had. Definitely went above and beyond with this project
The level of customer service was outstanding. Though there were some difficulties with our project, we had great communication and the finished product exceeded our expectations. Responsiveness and customer service stand out with Dry Time. We would use them again and recommend them!
