Right now I'm in the midst of a water remediation project, with more work to come, but I wanted to give a review for the Dry Tech team in Bham AL now. All personnel I've dealt with so far have performed at a high level. Corey is overseeing my project and was the first on the scene of water damage affecting 3 rooms, attic and crawl space. Imagine walking into your downstairs living space and experiencing a severe rain event. The refrigerator in the kitchen above had leaked throughout the night. The kitchen floor was soaked as was the flooring on the lower level. The ceiling below had collapsed as well. Our insurance company put us in touch with DryTech Restoration for the initial cleanup and drying. DryTech was awesome to work with in the midst of an unfortunate situation from a water leak. From Kaley in customer service to Rue performing the initial inspection, to Clint my project manager to one of the owners Ken, everyone was a pleasure to talk to and communicate with. Rue really held my hand explaining everything and helping with insurance big time. Then Clint did a fantastic job communicating everything and also going to bat for me with insurance.
