Brent & his team did an amazing job with my father's basement. It had been wet for many years & developed a crack along the back wall. They installed a complete perimeter system with mold remediation, a thermo guard wrap, a dehumidifier & sump pump. They finished with carbon fiber wall coverings. Best of all their price was significantly less than other estimates we received. I definitely would & already have recommended them to others looking for this service.
Cannot say enough good things about all these guys. John our inspector and sales rep was awesome from beginning to end. Answered all our questions and was super accommodating to all of our needs and concerns. The crew was professional, on time, and done in just three days! Shaun came out and inspected our basement and gave us written quote same day. Very affordable and haven’t had a drop of water in our basement since. This company goes above and beyond for the customer experience , highly recommended.
Had my basement done last spring, it has since been dry. Wishing I would’ve went with a different company. Specifically requested the drainage pipe to extend out to the wood line and they ended it in my yard. Now my yard has a big wet spot I can’t even mow through, even though the employee assured me it would be fine. I also requested them to fill in my chimney hole outside with concrete since I had it removed and they were doing concrete anyways, that never happened.
