I wanted to bring to your attention a serious concern regarding one of your employees, Shaun Ferguson. In March, we received a quote from Mr. Ferguson claiming he had conducted an in-person inspection of our home, estimating repairs at $9,500. However, he never actually visited our property. We’ve been struggling with leaking in our basement for years. I tried using a few different products to solve the problem but over time it progressively worsened. In every season except winter we’d have multiple fans going and at least two dehumidifiers to reduce the water leaking in. The salesman Shaun, was great! Explained the whole process thoroughly. Very friendly and reassuring about what they do. Shaun explained their pricing as well as all materials used in the process. Workers were great and respectful of their surroundings. Brent, the owner, was very reasonable to work with on an issue that occurred towards the end of the job. Felt their pricing was very reasonable and they were prompt and clean with their work!
They did a fantastic job of completing the work we needed done in a timely manner and the work completed was high quality. The worker was knowledgeable and exceeded expectations! Would highly recommend their services to anyone!
