I had a deeply disappointing experience with Dr. Bobby a few years ago. When I sought a referral for an ultrasound due to significant period pain, Dr. Bobby dismissed my concerns, claiming that period pain was normal. Despite my pleas, he refused to write the referral and even raised his voice at me, which led to a heated exchange. You guys really need to fix the phone lines. Either it doesn't ring, or when it does ring, no answer. Very disappointing

I made a doctor's appointment over the phone for the afternoon at 12:30, and several hours passed with no one contacting me for my appointment. I had to go to the virtual ED for help and to get medication for my pain. I also called the clinic over 15 times, and the receptionist only answered once, not telling me anything about my appointment and never answering again. I'm very disappointed in the service of the clinic and the doctor I was supposed to see. I will not be coming back ever again!

Probably one of the worst doctors I've ever been to.... reception isn't the best, doctors seem like they just look stuff up on Google and prescribe you stuff based off Google. Only one good doctor there out of them all. And I've tried them all. I'd give it a 3/10

Answer the phone for goodness sake, hopeless, and your Dr Sinay hopeless too. No checks on my clients for years. Just handing out medication.
