Update: I have a positive update. Dry Patrol/First on Site Reached out to me a couple of months ago. They went above me on to do what they could do to make things right. I honestly think that Management didn’t realize How tough the job went and how bad the first experience was. It seems like they possibly narrowed it down to an employee who is no longer there and once they did this, They came back and didn’t just fix my complaints, they also did some extra stuff for us, Including putting new flooring in the bathroom.
