i can’t say enough good things about DryNow Water Damage. Right as i was moving out, a shower plumbing line failed and water came through the plaster ceiling and onto the hardwood floors in the family room. matthew arrived right away, inspected the water damage, explained the drying and repair process, gave me an initial estimate, and made it easy to start mitigation and restoration immediately without needing me there every day. as a business person, i really value clear communication, and DryNow Water Damage did a great job from the start. brendan was easy to talk to, listened carefully, and explained a practical plan in simple terms. i had an ongoing odor and contamination issue from my 14 year old female dog missing her potty tray at times. the tray with pee pads was sitting on man-made tile flooring, and even though i cleaned the area often, some urine had worked down into the grout lines and porous surfaces. over time, the odor also got pulled ... read more

i’m writing this review for a water damage restoration team, especially ross, who helped me through a very stressful situation. My home had serious water damage, and my insurance claim was denied.
