brendan was great to work with. the crew showed up fast, even though it was a friday evening, and started the water damage restoration right away at our place in malibu. he checked in with us every day and used his moisture meter to test different spots in our condo. as soon as an area was dry, they took away the rented fans and dehumidifiers so we didn't have extra equipment around. brendan also sent us photos of the first moisture readings, so we could really see how much water had gotten in. it made us feel much better kn... read more
